8.32.010: STORAGE RESTRICTIONS:
It is unlawful and a misdemeanor, in addition to the other remedies provided by law, that no person shall store, maintain or house on any permanent basis, for longer than a forty eight (48) hour period, any nitroglycerin, dynamite, or other high explosive substance within the incorporated limits of the city of Kamiah. (Ord. 2-78 §1, 1978)
