Golf carts and utility task vehicles shall not be operated on city streets during one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise unless the golf cart, utility task vehicle, and other vehicles as described in the definition of “side by side” in § 72.01
is equipped with two operating headlights (one on each side of the front of the golf cart or utility task vehicle) and two operating tail light with brake lights (one on each side of the rear of the golf cart or utility task vehicle) which are visible from a distance of 500 feet.
