Any violation of this chapter reflecting any type of infraction of traffic regulations, registration, parking rules, occupants, valid operator license and insurance, all shall be a violation/penalty of $100 for each infraction at any given time. An exception shall be “slow moving” sign violations, which shall be $25. Any violation/penalties shall be paid through the Ordinance Violation Bureau and money collected shall be deposited into the General Fund.
