Unless otherwise repealed by subsequent legislation, this chapter shall remain effective for a period of eight (8) years from the date of enactment. However, if this chapter should subsequently be repealed, any property tax exemptions granted hereunder shall be permitted to continue according to the exemption schedule as set forth in § 877.03
herein.
