422.14 TOWING AND IMPOUNDING CHARGES.

Charges for the towing and impounding of any vehicle under authority of this section shall be fixed and established at the discretion of the licensee and shall include an impounding/towing administrative charge due the city in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), to be collected by the licensee and paid over to the city forthwith.
