1610.06 VIOLATIONS GENERALLY.

No person shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, or erect, construct, alter or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan or directive of the Director/Chief of the Department of Fire or of a permit or certificate issued under this chapter.
