1484.11   ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS.
   An owner, or agent of the owner, may appeal registration denial, revocation, or inspection results to the City within ten days of the date of written notice to such owner, or agent, of the denial or revocation of registration or inspection results. The appeal must be in writing and state the reasons the owner or agent disagrees with the determination to deny registration, the reasons for the revocation, or inspection results. The City shall promptly schedule a hearing at a time and date no later than ten days from the date of receipt of the appeal by the City, or at a later date at the request of the owner/agent. The owner or agent of the owner shall be responsible for the fee associated with said appeal hearing; minimum fee of an appeal hearing is three hundred dollars ($300.00). The City of Johnstown UCC Review Board shall make written findings of fact and issue a written decision which shall be promptly mailed to the owner and agent, if any.
