1464.33 BOUNDARY DISPUTES.

Should a dispute concerning any identified floodplain boundary arise from the determination of the City’s authority having jurisdiction, an appeal shall be made to the Johnstown Zoning Hearing Board. The burden of proof shall be on the appellant.
