The standards of Section 1910.3, in their entirety, of the National Flood Insurance Program, as set forth in the Department of Housing and Urban Development publication reprinted from the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 24, revised as of April 1, 1976, Chapter X, Federal Insurance Administration, Subchapter B, National Flood Insurance Program, and the Pennsylvania Flood Plain Management Act of 1978, are hereby adopted by reference, which standards include, but are not limited to, the provisions of this chapter.
