1460.09 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE.

No person performing demolition under authority of this chapter shall fail to abide by all City ordinances and laws of the Commonwealth governing demolition work. Every such person shall also carry worker's compensation insurance and unemployment insurance and must comply with the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Law.
