1460.06 REMOVAL OF UTILITY CONNECTIONS; SEALING OF SEWER OPENINGS.

No person performing demolition under authority of this chapter shall fail to make the necessary arrangements for the elimination of all utility connections which exist on the premises at the time of such demolition, in the usual and proper manner. Such person shall also seal all sewer openings.
