1440.04 ORDERS FOR CORRECTION OF VIOLATIONS.

No order for the correction of a violation under the applicable codes and ordinances shall be issued without the approval of the Codes Administrator. The Codes Administrator shall, before issuing any such order, determine that it has the concurrence of any other department or official of the Municipality concerned with any matters involved in the case in question.
