(a) Except where stated otherwise, the administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be carried out in accordance with Chapters 1440 et seq. Such chapters provide for certain powers and duties of the Codes Administrator and other code enforcement personnel and provide for procedures relative to permits, applications, inspections, penalties and other relevant matters.
(b) References throughout this chapter, to "this chapter," include the technical code adopted by reference in this chapter.
