(a) There is hereby adopted by the City in its entirety, for the purpose of regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, as set forth therein, that certain code known as the ICC Electric Code-Administrative Provisions, the 2003 edition, as published by International Code Council, Inc., save and except such provisions as are hereinafter deleted or amended.
(b) Not less than three copies of such Code are on file with the Assistant City Manager, and the Assistant City Manager shall keep the same with the ordinance book of the City and make the same available for public use, inspection and examination.
