(a) A record of all permits and certificates shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Code Official, and copies shall be furnished, on request, to any persons having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the structure or land affected.
(b) A fee shall be charged for the filing of each application for an occupancy permit or copy thereof and for each copy thereof furnished. The amount of such fee shall be as fixed by Council. No fee shall be charged for a certificate of nonconformance.
