1260.138 COMMUNITY GARAGES OR PARKING AREAS.

Community garages or parking areas, as defined in Section 1260.011, shall be permitted as a special exception in S Conservancy, R Residential, C Commercial, H Health Service, and M Industrial Districts as subject to the standards and criteria found in Section 1260.115.
