A filing fee shall accompany the filing of the preliminary plan of lots. No subdivision application shall be accepted or acted upon unless the fee is paid in the total sum according to the following: $100.00 per lot created in the plan of lots accompanying the subdivision application.
If, after application, the number of lots is changed, appropriate additional fees or refunds shall be made.
