1066.01 APPLICATION OF SERVICE FEE.

All businesses, institutions, nonprofit corporations and organizations that appear on the Cambria County Real Estate Tax Duplicate as exempt from real estate taxes are hereby subject to a service fee for police and fire response to the properties owned and/or operated by such business, institution, corporation and organization.
