(a) The professional at the Johnstown Municipal Golf Course shall make a complete accounting of all income derived by him or her at the Golf Course on or before December 1, 1968, and on the same date in each succeeding year.
(b) Such accounting shall set forth the amount of gross sales of all products sold on the Golf Course premises and the amount of money derived from the giving of golf lessons at the Course.
