1062.14 ACTS PROHIBITED WITHIN STACKHOUSE PARK.
   (a)   No person shall commit any of the following acts within Stackhouse Park:
      (1)   Vandalism. Destroy, injure, damage, remove or cut live or dead trees, shrubbery, plants or constructed improvements, or attach, fasten or erect wires, ropes, signs or notices;
      (2)   Littering. Throw, drop or scatter trash, food or debris;
      (3)   Disorderly conduct. Exhibit loud, boisterous or contentious behavior; play radios, tape players or musical instruments loudly enough to annoy persons in the vicinity; scuffle, fight or shout; use fireworks or noise makers; or use obscene language or display obscene behavior;
      (4)   Fires. Build or use open fires for any purpose. Small charcoal grills are an exception, but hot coals must not be left unattended, and dead coals and ashes must be removed from the Park.
      (5)   Camping. Erect tents or other temporary shelters, even for day use;
      (6)   Natural functions. Urinate or defecate within the Park, until comfort facilities are available;
      (7)   Firearms, archery and trapping. Use firearms, bows or traps;
      (8)   Water. Drink Park water, inasmuch as the Park has no drinking water facilities and the stream water is polluted;
      (9)   Alcoholic beverages. Carry open containers of alcoholic or malt beverages, except as incidental to a meal or in the immediate vicinity of a picnic;
      (10)   Animals. Ride horseback on trails designed for walking. Domestic animals must be kept under the immediate control of a responsible person at all times.
      (11)   Automobiles. Ride bicycles, trailbikes, mopeds or snowmobiles. Parking is provided near each of the four main entrances. Only police and emergency vehicles are permitted beyond the established parking areas.
   (b)   In addition to the penalty provided in Section 1062.99, whoever violates any of the provisions of this section may be formally evicted from the Park by police order. Re-entry after such an eviction order may result in an arrest and filing of misdemeanor trespass charges.
