1062.02 RESTROOMS AND WASHROOMS.

No person shall fail to cooperate in maintaining restroom and washroom facilities in a neat and sanitary condition in or on any park, public property or public facility. No person of one sex shall use a restroom or washroom designated for the opposite sex.
