The Water Purveyor shall notify, in writing, the owner, or authorized agent of the owner, of the premises in which there is found to be a violation of the provisions of this chapter. Failure of the owner to remove or correct the violation within the time provided will constitute cause for the Water Purveyor to discontinue water service to said premises.
