1042.14 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

All reasonable rules and regulations heretofore made or hereafter made within the scope of this chapter by the Sewage Compliance Officer for the purpose of clarifying and enforcing this chapter, in conformity with the spirit and letter of the same, shall be a part of this chapter so long as such rules and regulations are not inconsistent herewith.
