1042.13   PROHIBITED DISCHARGES TO SANITARY SEWERS.
   The following pertains to discharges into the sanitary public collection/interceptor system:
   (a)   No person shall discharge or permit to be discharged into any sanitary sewer any roof or surface water, the flow from any ground water collection system or any matter determined by the regulations of the Sewage Compliance Officer to be dangerous or harmful to, or the discharge of which into a sanitary sewer would adversely affect, the sewerage system, the functioning thereof or the process of sewage treatment and disposal.
   (b)   No person shall discharge or permit the discharge into any sanitary sewer of industrial or process wastes which are not in conformance with Article IX, Pretreatment Requirements of the applicable rules of JRS.
