1022.05 NOTICE TO CURB, PAVE OR REPAIR; NONCOMPLIANCE; REMEDY OF CITY.
   If an owner of a lot of ground abutting a street or highway refuses or neglects to keep the curb or sidewalk in repair, the Codes Enforcement Officer shall give such owner a written notice requiring the setting of the curb or the paving of the sidewalk within not less than twenty days, or requiring the repair of the same within a period not exceeding fifteen days, as the case may be. If the owner does not comply with the notice, the Codes Enforcement Officer shall cause the work to be done through the supervision of the Public Works Director and the expense of such curbing, laying or repairing shall be levied and collected from such owner, with costs, as provided by law.
