(a) Disclosure Statement. The Local Taxpayer Bill of Rights Disclosure Statement attached to Ordinance 5327 as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference are hereby approved and adopted. The Taxpayer Bill of Rights Notice, attached to Ordinance 5327 as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference are hereby approved and adopted.
(b) Confidentiality of Information. Any information obtained by the City as a result of an audit, return, investigation, hearing or verification shall be confidential except as otherwise provided by law, or for official purposes. If an officer, employee or agent of the City divulges in any manner confidential information gained as a result of the foregoing, he or she shall be subject to dismissal from office or discharge from employment.
(c) Time Limitation for Response to Information Requests. Rules for responses to requests for information, and requests for time extensions to provide such information, attached to Ordinance 5327 as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by reference are hereby approved and adopted.
(d) Tax Appeals. The governing body hereby determines tax appeal information and regulations, attached to Ordinance 5327 as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference are hereby approved and adopted.
