892.02 BOUNDARIES OF THE TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT.

The Kernville District shall contain full units of property assessed for real property tax purposes generally bounded by Haynes Street, Menoher Boulevard, Somerset Street and Napoleon Street situated within the City of Johnstown as more fully described in Exhibit C attached original Ordinance 4581, passed June 12, 1991, and made a part hereof.
