(a) There is hereby adopted the assessment and valuation of objects, property and persons subject to and exempt from taxation within the territorial limits of the City as determined by the County pursuant to "The Fourth to Eighth Class County Assessment Law" of May 21, 1943 (P.L. 571), as amended.
(b) The City shall maintain and keep duplicate tax records which shall be supplied by the County on a cost basis.
