883.10 POWERS AND DUTIES OF FINANCE DIRECTOR UNDER LOCAL TAX COLLECTION LAW.

There is hereby conferred upon the Finance Director all the powers, duties and obligations provided for in the Local Tax Collection Law of 1965, as amended and supplemented.
