879.04 DUTIES OF FINANCE DIRECTOR; BOND.

(a) The Finance Director shall collect and receive all taxes, penalties and interest provided for in this chapter in the same manner as other City taxes are collected, or as otherwise provided by law.

(b) The Finance Director shall give bond secured and conditioned for the collection and payment of such taxes as provided by law for other City taxes.
