874.07 ADMINISTRATION OF TAX; RECORDS; PAYMENTS TO FINANCE DIRECTOR.
   The Department of Finance shall administer the tax imposed by this chapter. It shall also be the duty of the Finance Director, in addition to keeping the records now required by law and ordinance, to keep a record showing the amount received from each taxpayer and the date of such receipt.
   All payments of the tax shall be made to the Finance Director.
