872.04 REGISTRATION; FEE.

Any person subject to the tax hereby imposed shall, on or before April 15, or prior to commencing business, register with the Finance Department and pay to the Finance Director a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost of such registration. Having once registered with the Finance Department, registration for the privilege year is not required.
