Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) and/or, in default of payment, to undergo imprisonment for a term not to exceed thirty days. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, the City may seek equitable or any other appropriate relief.
