836.12 ANNUAL UPDATE OF RECORDS.

The Inspector of Weights and Measures and Ordinance Officer of the City shall, annually, on or before December 1 of each year, ascertain by due inquiry the name and address of all permanently established portrait and commercial photographers in the City.
