The Director of Finance shall issue to each person obtaining a license as a transient photographer, as provided in this chapter, a certificate. Such certificate shall be evidence that such person has been licensed by the City as a transient photographer. It shall state the period for which the license is issued, name and describe the licensee, together with his or her number and street address, and shall contain the signature of the licensee for identification purposes.
