Upon the written request of any photographer licensed under this chapter, the Director of Finance shall issue to each employee of such photographer an identification card showing that such employee is employed by a photographer licensed under this chapter. For each identification card so issued, a fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid to the City.
