Licenses issued under this chapter shall be valid for the following period of time from the date of issuance:
(a) Vendor:
(1) Daily permits – valid for 24 hours on the date of the permit.
(2) Monthly permits – valid for thirty calendar days.
(3) Annual permits – valid for 365 days.
(b) Solicitor – All solicitor licenses expire on the last day specified on registration.
