Any person, society, club, organization or corporation who or which violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) and costs of prosecution, and, in default of the payment of said fines and costs, shall be imprisoned in the County Prison for a period not exceeding thirty days.
