806.05 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; HOURS OF ENTERTAINMENT; MINIMUM AGE OF ENTERTAINERS.
   The Director/Chief of Police, if satisfied that the applicant for a cabaret license is of good moral character and has complied with all the conditions and requirements of this chapter, may issue such license upon the applicant paying to the Director of Finance the usual license fee, which shall go into the General Fund of the City. However, after the granting of such license, as herein provided for, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct any floor show, dancing, singing, orchestral, phonographic or radio concerts or other exhibitions or forms of public entertainment, after the hour of 2:00 a.m., in any cabaret within the limits of the City. Further, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning, managing or conducting a cabaret within the City to employ, hire, procure or permit any person, male or female, under the age of eighteen years, to appear in or take part as a performer or entertainer (except as a member of an orchestra) in any floor show, dancing or other exhibition or form of public entertainment provided in such cabaret for its patrons.
