806.01 CABARET DEFINED.
   "Cabaret," as used in this chapter, shall be deemed to include all places, regularly and habitually operated for profit, where food and beverages are sold or brought into the premises by patrons for consumption on the premises, and where one or more forms of entertainment are permitted or provided for the patrons thereof. However, nothing herein contained shall be construed to apply to bona fide clubs, fraternal orders, societies and churches conducting dances and other entertainment where admission is restricted to members of such clubs, order or societies and their families, whether held on their own premises or in a hall leased or donated for the purpose.
