692.09   APPOINTMENTS.
   All references contained in this chapter to the word "City Manager or his designated representative" is intended as to the City Managers' appointment of a City employee/official to serve, accept and respond to all matters pertaining to provisions of this chapter. "City Manager or his designated representative" is authorized and charged with working with the Chiefs of Police and Fire in the enforcement and prosecutions under this chapter. The City Manager shall report to City Council the naming of and any subsequent changes in such appointment.
