(a) Offense Defined. No person shall distribute or deposit any package, parcel or sample of any medicine, dye, ink or polishing compound, in any form of preparation, upon the ground, sidewalks, porches or yards, or into or under doors or windows, so that children may get possession of or secure the same.
(b) Exception. Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit such distribution to adult persons only.
