614.55 NUISANCE DECLARED.

The causing or permitting to exist of any violation of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. In addition to any other remedy provided by the terms of this chapter, the City may abate such nuisance in accordance with the general powers conferred by State law, the City Charter, and this chapter.
