614.52 INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or molest the Animal Control Officer/Dog Warden in the performance of any duty, or seek to release any animal in the custody of the Animal Control Officer/Dog Warden except as provided in this chapter.
