290.08 PAYMENT OF PENSIONS; ATTACHMENT, ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER.

The pension provided for in this chapter shall not be subject to attachment or execution, shall be payable only to the beneficiary designated by this chapter and shall not be subject to assignment or transfer.
