283.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

A Loan Review Committee is hereby created and established consisting of seven persons who shall be selected by the City Manager, and confirmed by a resolution of City Council. The Council shall vote in support of the confirmation or rejection of the City Manager's selection of persons, but shall not confirm persons not submitted by the City Manager.
