278.08 POWERS OF REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.

The Redevelopment Authority of the City is hereby granted all of the powers of redevelopment authorities which are set forth in Act 94 of 1978, amending the Urban Redevelopment Law, being the Act of May 24, 1974 (P.L. 991, No. 385).
