278.06 RESIDENTIAL AND RELATED USES DEFINED.

(a) As used in this chapter, "residential and related uses" include residential property for sale or rental and related uses, including, but not limited to, park and recreation areas, neighborhood community services and neighborhood parking lots.

(b) The land may also be used for commercial or industrial reuse.
