The Advisory Recreation Commission may adopt such rules and regulations to govern its internal organization and procedure as it may deem necessary and which are not in conflict with this chapter, this Administration Code or other resolutions and decisions of the City Council. Such rules and regulations, upon their adoption, shall immediately be provided to the City Council and to the City Manager.
