(a) The Advisory Recreation Commission shall hold an organizational meeting as soon as possible after the Commission is established and the initial appointments made.
(b) The Commission shall meet not less than bi-monthly.
(c) Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson or at the written request of three members.
(d) All meetings shall be called and held in conformance with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Law.
(e) A copy of the minutes of all regular and special meetings of the Commission shall be filed with the City Council within fifteen working days after each meeting.
